Need a better blender. Batter tasted delicious. Been in refrig for 2 hours but hasn’t hardened. Would need a spoon to eat. Wonder if I bake will have texture more like brownies. I think when my blender struggled with the dates started gumming up I added a little almond milk might be why not hardened.
The flavor is so good I will try again.
