We love coconut and these are easy and delicious! I press a spoonful into mini muffin tins, press an almond into each one and put into freezer. It is easy to pop them out, dip in chocolate then refrigerate. I enjoy making healthier treats. Thank you for all of the yummy snacks and dessert recipes!

Going to try this today. All of my orders are in so I now have desiccated coconut, sugar free milk chocolate, and almonds. Just a quick question, does “Enjoy” mean to eat them all at once.

I’m not sure what about a Bounty bar, but the difference in a Mounds and Almond Joy isn’t just the almond. Almond joys are made with milk chocolate and Mounds are made with dark chocolate. I can’t wait to try the recipe. It looks pretty darn tasty.
