Hello! I’ve just started Paleo for Hashimoto’s in the last two months, and as someone who absolutely hates to cook, I am so grateful to have found your site (through pinterest). Your recipes are simple and delicious. I’ve just made these cookies for the third time. I wish I had read the comments sooner as I’ve been using almond butter and knew they were off, but didn’t know why. Would you make the recommendation of adding an extra egg for almond butter up above in the actual recipe? Also, I tried making them with Justin’s hazelnut spread and that was a no go. They melted into one large cookie, which of course we ate anyway, but after a day turned to dust. Thank you again! You are now my go to site for recipes.

I absolutely love hazelnut butter and coconut sugar and of course, cocoa, so the combo of all of those sounds incredible! I love all of your closeup shots too…I want to reach in the screen and grab one 🙂
